I wish 16 year old cheerleader-Stevyn would have known that she'd be putting her skills to good use in the future as she rallied people to improve their health. LOL!
But it's true, being strategic is the best way to get healthy for good.
I've found this to be the case over and over again, so I'm going to show you how I approach it.
One tool I use is mindmapping. I love mindmaps. Do you use them?
The one I will be using for my strategy workshop (that starts Tuesday) is pictured below.
See how it starts with broad concepts first?
Then we keep refining...until we strike a balance of happiness, ease, and slow, sustained weight loss.

This mindmap technique makes the path clear and motivates people to make better choices because they understand the big picture and why an action (or inaction) is important.
We're used to thinking strategically about things like finances, career choices, or project management - but not usually for health.
Why do you think that is?
Maybe we never thought of it or maybe nobody ever showed us how.
Well, it's time we fixed that.
