Step 2: Join the wellness coaching club.

WellthCLUB™ Membership

This membership is for those who have already gone through the WellthPLAN Workshop.

It focuses on accountability and results - and is highly recommended for those who are working on one or more of the following (biomarkers for metabolic dysregulation): 
  • goal to lose 10-50 lbs (1-4 lbs a month expectation)
  • high blood pressure (or on BP meds)
  • high blood sugar
  • waist measurement greater than 35 in. for women & 40 in. for men; or waist-to-height ratio >0.50)
  • abnormal cholesterol
  • high triglyceride levels
  • frequent carb/sugar cravings (especially in the afternoon and evening)
This group membership will help you implement your WellthPLAN with coaching, accountability, and support so you can start seeing life-changing results.

Membership Includes: 
  • Group Coaching Sessions (average of 3 times/mo on Wednesdays at noon cst)
  • Private Chat directly to your coach 24/7 (responses within one business day)
  • Secure Journal/Logging Platform reviewed regularly by your coach
  • *Open Office Hours (most Fridays at noon cst)
  • 1 Private Coaching Session per quarter
  • ​On-Demand Content Modules
  • Peer Discussion Board

Monthly Subscription Options for the WellthCLUB:

A. 6-Month = $529/mo (billed monthly, 6 month minimum, then month-to-month at the same rate) 

B. 12-Month = $401/mo (billed monthly, 12 month minimum, then month-to-month at the same rate)
