Invitation to Enroll in the WellthPLAN Workshop

This is an invitation to financial advisors, and other finpros, who've built a solid practice they're proud of, but are now ready to feel more confident about their health (which usually means improving body composition and bloodwork) so they can enjoy a longer healthspan.

You’ll work with me for 6 weeks on the following:
  1. Stabilizing your blood sugar by balancing your macros to help you eliminate cravings, late night eating, and energy crashes so you can easily lose weight, slow aging, and reduce the risk of chronic disease, without relying on willpower.
  2. Improving your metabolic flexibility by identifying the right time of day to eat, move, and repair so you can start burning stored body fat as a fuel source (without going keto) and maintain an ideal body weight as you age. 
  3. Preserving your muscle & joint function through my Movement Millionaire approach so you can boost your metabolism and keep doing the things you love longer.
  4. Increasing your oxygen utilization by improve heart and lung function (VO2 max), which is a leading indicator of longevity improving risk of a heart event and helping to lower blood pressure, but without hours of cardio.
  5. Minimizing health "traps & taxes" that get in the way of reaching your goals by secretly undermining your efforts and eroding the health you already have, which results in less stress on your body and better long term results.

You will learn how to organize your day around two simple frameworks to help your body heal and grow healthier over time. We eliminate the guesswork and make a plan together that works for your body. Your body composition will improve, your bloodwork will improve, and your confidence will get a well-deserved boost.  

In the program you get access to the modules, coaching sessions, and unlimited feedback via a secure portal/mobile app for 6 weeks, plus a private strategy session at the end during the 7th bonus week.

The best person for this program:
  • is midlife to retirement age
  • already has a profitable practice/career
  • wants to lose 10-50 lbs & 4-10 inches off waist
  • is comfortable using a handful of apps & online portal
  • likes data and is open to getting a wearable device (ie Fitbit)

The investment for this strategy workshop is $6,000 for private coaching or $3,000 in a small group.
(add a spouse/significant other for $1,500.)

Ongoing coaching and support is available after the workshop in the WellthCLUB for $401-$1,500 per month depending on level of membership.
