​My WellthPLAN™ Strategy Workshop

This is an invitation to Financial Advisors, other financial experts & those who use their services who want to lose 2-4 lbs/mo (15-50 lbs/yr) using my strategic roadmap for long term health, without resorting to extreme measures (it's a similar process to creating a financial plan for retirement).

In this 6-week workshop we work on the following: 

1 - Auditing your current health using the tools & metrics doctors aren't telling you, but I've found to be the best predictors of "healthspan" with the least intervention (they can be done in your home).

2 - Identifying your health 'assets & liabilities' to pinpoint the most critical things to work on first to achieve the biggest shift in health.

3 - Becoming a better cost-benefit decision maker by applying my wellness hierarchy model so you can prioritize the right actions for any situation. (For example, when you're short on time, should you go to bed early, fix a healthy meal, or workout?)

4 - Establishing my 24-hour framework that teaches your body how to use fat as a fuel source, without giving up carbohydrates (even when your body would rather not). This one concept alone could change everything and help you start losing weight.

5 - Giving you a detailed protocol for knowing exactly what to eat (Money Meals), what to do (Movement Millionaire), and how to protect the health you already have (Mend & Defend). Friends - this is where I give you all the gold - the tips and tricks I've learned over the past 20 years of what does and doesn't work. You learn how to make specific daily deposits in your health bank account to heal, nourish, and strengthen your body.

6 - Refining your four daily routines with my "High ROI" method so you have the highest return on investment of your time and effort. (This is the asset allocation part of the plan where we put all the pieces together in the right way so nothing important is left out.]

In this workshop you get:

  • unlimited coaching and feedback over a secure HIPAA-compliant portal & mobile app
  • you will walk away with an actual WellthPLAN in your hands

The best person for this program:
  • is midlife to retirement age
  • has (and sees value in) a financial plan for retirement
  • likes numbers and is comfortable using a handful of apps
  • enjoys systems and frameworks
  • has some autonomy in how their day runs
  • does not have diabetes, other blood sugar-related diagnosis, or an eating disorder
  • understands the longevity game with health and isn’t stuck on a quick fix
  • is probably busy with a successful career and isn’t interested in extreme measures

The investment for the next 6-week workshop is $3K.

Side note: It used to be a part of my year-long coaching program, but I am now making it a stand-alone option.
