Invitation to Work with Stevyn

  2. Improving your metabolic flexibility by timing your food, movement & circadian rhythm so you can start burning stored body fat as a fuel source (without going keto) and maintain an ideal body weight as you age. The 24-hour framework for this step alone could be enough to reach your goals.
  3. Preserving your muscle & joint function through time-under-tension muscle training, balance, range of motion (ROM), and N.E.A.T. (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) movement so you can boost your metabolism and keep doing the things you love longer.
  4. Increasing your oxygen utilization by tracking zone minutes to improve heart and lung function (VO2 max), which is a leading indicator of longevity improving risk of a heart event and helping to lower blood pressure.
  5. Minimizing health "traps & taxes" that sabotage your efforts and get in the way of reaching your goals like stress, sleep issues, and food additives most people don't know are secretly undermining their efforts. These are the things that are eroding the health you already have and contributing to aging and weight gain.

You will learn how to apply two simple frameworks to these 5 pathways - matching the right activity with the right time of day - helping your body heal and grow healthier over time.
