Who can participate in the WellthPLAN™?
Anyone who wants to improve their health and prepare for a healthier future.
Do I need any special equipment?
It helps to have 3 things: 1) a soft tape measure; 2) a wearable device like a FitBit, Oura Ring, or Apple Watch; 3) a smart body composition scale (I recommend this one. It's about $25 on Amazon)
Do I need to get new blood work for the program?
Yes, it is recommended. But if you have recent blood work from the last year, we can work with that, too. At minimum you will need 5 numbers to start (HDL cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides, blood pressure, and waist circumference), but it helps to have all the "Longevity Metrics" - especially if you are doing the group or private coaching program. You will get a full list of those tests upon enrollment. You can also find them here.
Do I have to go to the gym?
No. Everything we teach around movement is feathered into your day through 4 key routines (AM, PM, meals, work). No gyms needed, but you are certainly welcome to if you like working out at a gym. We like to follow the fun and do what feels right to you.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
The program is designed to be completed in 6 weeks; however, some people take up to 3 months due to schedules and timing. There is a new video to watch each week with homework, so allow about an hour for that. If you will be logging your food in our portal (recommended), that will take 5-10 minutes per meal or about 30 minutes per day. If you are in one of the group or private programs, there are additional weekly coaching sessions that are 1 hour each.
What if I can't complete the assignments in a given week?
No worries. You can go at your own pace if you are in the DIY course. And if you are in the coaching program, you can watch the replays or schedule your sessions to match your calendar.
Will I have access to the content after the course is over?
Yes. You will have access to the educational modules for 1 year after your purchase.
Is there a specific time I need to start or can I start anytime?
You can start anytime.
What results can I expect?
Results are up to how you engage with the program. The purpose of the WellthPLAN™ is to rewire your thoughts, habits, and routines so they serve you for the rest of your life. That process is simple, but not easy. That's why the WellthPLAN™ exists...to guide and support you on your journey to health. The purpose of the WellthPLAN™ is to set up your roadmap to success. Results will come the longer you execute on the program. We've helped men and women (even menopausal women) lose weight, get off medications, sleep better, improve blood work, feel better, and age backwards from a metabolic perspective. Results compound over time.
Is this program in person or online?
It is an online program. If you are in the DIY course, you go through the program at your own pace. If you are in the group or private coaching program, we meet via zoom. Our portal and app are HIPAA compliant and host your weekly modules, journals, and private messaging to your coach.
