WellthPLAN™ FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can participate in the WellthPLAN™?
Anyone who understands financial principles and wants to protect, grow, and enjoy better health.
Do I need any special equipment? 
Yes. When you become a client, we will send you a Wellth Toolkit in the mail. It will contain a smart scale and soft tape and a wearable fitness tracker. 
Do I need to get new blood work for the program?
Yes. When you become a client, we will send you a requisition for 2x blood draws for a specific and complete list of longevity metrics: one at the beginning of your health journey and one at the 6 month mark. 
Do I have to go to the gym?
No. Movement can happen anywhere: gym, home, yard, park, office. Everything we teach around movement is feathered into your day through 4 key routines. No gyms needed unless you want to. We like to follow the fun and do what feels right to you.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
1-2 hours a week on program content and/or coaching + any habits you choose to start working on. It's a 3-month workshop with 6 private sessions and 2 group sessions per month. 
What happens at the end of the 3 month WellthPLAN workshop?
You will graduate with a WellthPLAN in hand and newfound skills to continue toward your goals.

​Most graduates join the WellthCLUB which is a 12-month membership. Meet with your coach on a quarterly or monthly schedule, and join group sessions twice a month, including monthly challenges (with prizes) and the popular 'Hear From a Peer' sessions. It's a rich, supportive community with people just like you working out their WellthPLAN. 
When can I start?
You can start anytime. It's an evergreen workshop designed to start when you are ready (the sooner the better for your health).
What results can I expect?
Results are up to how you engage with the program. The purpose of the WellthPLAN™ is to rewire your thoughts, habits, and routines so they serve you for the rest of your life. That process is simple, but not easy. That's why the WellthPLAN™ exists...to guide and support you on your journey to health.

You will see initial results and more will come the longer you execute on the program. We've helped men and women (even menopausal women) lose weight, get off medications, sleep better, improve blood work, feel better, and age backwards from a metabolic perspective. Is this program in person or online?
It is an online program. If you are in the DIY course, you go through the program at your own pace. If you are in the group or private coaching program, we meet via zoom. Our portal and app are HIPAA compliant and host your weekly modules, journals, and private messaging to your coach. 
How much does it cost?
  1. Most people enroll in the WellthPLAN at $9,000 which includes all the support and tools you need to future-proof your health. (For those wanting full immersion, we also offer a $25K VIP Wellth Experience that includes advanced testing, year-long support, and white-glove concierge care. We can discuss this option if it’s of interest.)
  2. WellthCLUB is $800/mo for a year. After that you become Alumni and the membership drops to $400/mo. Stay as long as you like.
